MVA is continually adding to our phenominal coaching staff.  This season all of our coaches will be USAV IMPACT certified and USAV Coach Training Certified.  As well, Nate Michael and Mike Maas, along with our D1 coaches and National Youth Coaching staff, will be conducting training sessions and hands on training during practices for all MVA Coaches.  It is the ongoing mission of MVA to hire and train a National level coaching staff.
